Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Skeye operates two affiliate programs: the Individual Affiliate Program and the Flight School Partner Program. Individual affiliates earn a 15% recurring commission on subscription payments made by referred users. Flight school partners earn a 20% recurring commission. Both programs are governed by these terms.

Anyone with a Skeye account who is 18 years of age or older may join the Individual Affiliate Program. The Flight School Partner Program is available to certified flight instructors (CFI, CFII, MEI), Part 61 or Part 141 flight schools, ground school instructors, and aviation training organizations. Flight school applications are subject to review and approval by Skeye.

Individual affiliates earn 15% of the gross subscription price paid by each referred user, recurring for the lifetime of the subscription. Flight school partners earn 20% under the same terms. Commissions are calculated on the subscription price actually paid by the referred user. All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period before they clear for payout. If a referred user cancels their subscription, commissions cease; if the user resubscribes, commissions resume.

Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st of each month. The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect to the bank account connected by the affiliate. Affiliates are responsible for completing Stripe onboarding and maintaining accurate bank account information. Failed payouts are retried during the following month's payout cycle.

Skeye uses a 90-day attribution window from the time a referral link is clicked. Attribution follows a last-click model — the most recent affiliate link clicked before a signup receives credit. Attribution is per-account; if a referred user creates a new account, a new attribution is required.

Users who sign up through an affiliate referral link receive 10% off their first billing cycle. This is a one-time discount applied automatically at checkout. Only one referral discount may be used per user account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination: • Self-referral — referring your own accounts or accounts you control. • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading claims about Skeye. • Bidding on "Skeye," "SkeyeMentor," or related brand terms in paid advertising. • Misrepresenting your relationship with Skeye, such as claiming to be an employee. • Creating fake accounts or incentivizing signups that will not result in genuine usage. • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent attribution.

Skeye may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violation of these terms or for suspected fraudulent activity. Affiliates may voluntarily leave the program at any time. Upon voluntary termination, any pending commissions below the payout threshold are forfeited. Cleared commissions owed at the time of termination will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Skeye. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commission income. For U.S.-based affiliates earning above IRS reporting thresholds, Stripe may issue 1099 forms as required by law.

Skeye reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, or any other program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' written notice via email. Continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The affiliate program is provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind, including guarantees of earnings. Skeye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Skeye's total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to that affiliate in the twelve months preceding the claim.
