Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skeye (the “Service”), operated by Skeye. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Educational Use — Not Official Flight Instruction

Skeye is a study and test-preparation aid designed to supplement, not replace, instruction from a certificated flight instructor (CFI) and official FAA materials. Skeye content, including AI-generated responses, may contain errors and must not be relied upon as the sole source for real-world flight operations, aircraft performance, weather decisions, or regulatory compliance. Always verify critical information against current FAA publications and consult your CFI. You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful conduct of any flight.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis and may begin with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged the applicable price. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. One-time purchases (such as the Drone Pilot course) are non-recurring and do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account or Skeye content;
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute lessons, questions, or other materials;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, including lessons, question banks, software, and branding, are owned by Skeye or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal study while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or checkride.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skeye will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
